About Us
Dr. Kristin Noone has extensive experience as a manager and consultant for a variety of industries. She is the former President and CEO of Noone Consulting, Inc., a marketing and strategic planning consulting firm, which was founded in Arizona then relocated to Massachusetts. Dr. Noone continues to offer consulting services as a contractor.
For over a decade, Dr. Noone has been teaching in the communication, management, and marketing fields at both two-year and four-year institutions including Curry College, Bunker Hill Community College, and Colorado Technical University. Dr. Noone is currently a tenured professor at Quincy College.
Our history
There is a gap in leadership training programs; instead of working with managers as individuals, everyone is trained in a similar manner with the same expectations for what skills they must have. Rather than giving managers a script to follow, it is critical to help each person find the leadership strategies that work for them. Dr Noone wrote the book Leading with Vision, Integrity, and Inspiration (2023), to help current and future leaders develop the skills and strategies they need to become the best version of themselves as a leader. Giving people the opportunity to choose what areas to improve on, helps give them ownership in the process. The book focuses on the three key things all great leaders have: Vision, Integrity, and the ability to Inspire.
